“This course is more then just physical training”

I was training for a long distance run quite a long time, but at one moment I got stuck in progress. I was also suffering from back pain. My goal was to complete a 10 miles running event without feeling this enormous pressure inside of me. When I started this course of Kevin Colle I found out that the problem wasn’t just the run training itself. The problem was actually resting in me and in my whole lifestyle in which I was stuck.
