No I am not talking about doing sport or exercise, I am talking about: walking, bending, stand up, climbing stairs, ride a bike, gardening, doing groceries, playing with your children, cleaning, cooking, etcetera... We live in an era where knowledge is power. You don’t need a lot of money or a well-known family name to become successful. The knowledge as well as the power are in the books and on the internet.
