Congratulations with your download ‘Exercise@Park’. This training you can do in the park but also @home. I would advice you to follow the order of the exercises as they are now.

How many times do I train?…

I would recommand to do this training 3 times a week with 1 day rest in between. And it would be perfect if you combine this training with my ‘Start2Run’ tool:

1st day ‘Exercise@Park’,

2nd day ‘Start2Run’

3rd day ‘Exercise@Park’,

4th day ‘Start2Run’

5th day ‘Exercise@Park’,

6th day ‘Start2Run’

Last day rest

How long do I perform the exercises?…

Here I give you some suggestions you can use:

Perform every exercise 1 time 1 minute and then do the whole routine again.

Take 20 seconds rest between every exercise.

Perform every exercise 6 times 20 secondes with 10 seconds rest between every session.

Take 20 seconds rest between every exercise.

Perform every exercise 4 times 30 seconds with 15 second rest between every session.

Take 20 seconds rest between every exercise.
