Actually my second goal was to integrate a healthy lifestyle in my every day life. Losing weight was my first priority, but since I began to focus on a lifestyle change losing weight goes naturally. The combination of mental training, mindfulness with the physical exercises works great for me. I’ve found out that being able to perform physically I needed the mental coaching too. Now, after two years, and many achieved goals, everything I learned is still a part of my lifestyle."
